The latest version of the #1 Free OU Football news app is now available on the Apple App Store with several fixes and updates. An Android version will be released on the Google Play store in the next few days.
When I first launched SoonerApp in 2012, I had no idea it would receive the kind of response it has. Sooner fans around the world make SoonerApp their go-to app for the latest OU football news over a million times a year!
Now entering our 12th season, this version contains a bunch of fixes and updates:
Tweets
Tweets (or X) are back, at least for now. If you have been following my updates this summer, Twitter and their new overlord, Elon have been making some changes to Tweet data access, including charging for access. It is still to be determined if this is worth the price for the app to continue providing access. If you have some thoughts, please share in the comments below.
Shop
The Shop is also updated with the latest Sooner Gear. I’m trying to make it a little more usable for folks who want to shop for OU stuff.
Behind the scenes, there are several stability improvements. More good stuff to come.
These changes are available now for iOS, and will be available shortly for Android.
