There is a clip of a USC press conference going around that is so bad that you can’t not watch it. It appears to be a pep rally of some sort for Lincoln Riley, but it is just a hot mess of cringe. After watching it a few (dozen) times, it thought it would work better with some Curb Your Enthusiasm end credits. Enjoy! https://twitter.com/SoonerApp/status/1468236437527187469 No idea what is going on here, though we’re only given a couple of minutes of video in the original. USC Media Team appears to have taken less time to plan this thing than Mr…

Ok, try not to get too pumped this Sunday morning, but the most credible chatter to date is calling Venables to OU. ESPN’s Chris Low broke it here and mentions a possible choice of Jeff Lebby of Ole Miss as the top choice for Offensive Coordinator: https://twitter.com/ClowESPN/status/1467479668920139779 https://twitter.com/Brett_McMurphy/status/1467489178019581959?s=20 Jeff Lebby, an OU alum and former student assistant, has been a Broyles award semifinalist the past two years. Still no announcement from the Sistine Chapel of Norman — OU Memorial Stadium. A nation waits. Ok, we may be stretching things a bit with the Papal analogies, but if there were a smokestack at the stadium for signaling the election of a new Pope, that thing would be billowing like a bbq smoker. Speaking of, 5 days is probably about the same time Mr Muleshoe cooked this dry-a** brisket. Lincoln Riley apparently smoked this brisket longer than it took to jump to USC. Smokergate And still on the topic of smokers, Travis Davidson had apparently lent some smokers to…
